Role Overview

This position provides client service support to multiple Financial Advisors, supporting enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy while customizing solutions based on each advisor’s specific needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent client service to the bank’s clients through educating them on all of the bank’s service and banking offerings.
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests.
  • Assist with ensuring practices are in alignment with the bank’s policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect the bank’s clients, and manage risk.
  • Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by emphasizing the bank’s offerings and promoting incorporation of banking into day‑to‑day practices, while communicating outputs to the FA.
  • Support day‑to‑day team activities and needs, including covering roles in times of absence or seasonal need increases, while leading with a client‑first mindset.
Required Qualifications
  • Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (Series
    65 or63 accepted in lieu of 66). If not currently held, licenses must be obtained within a specified timeframe if hired into a registered job code.
  • Advanced industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
  • Client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.

Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Work Schedule & Location

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 37.5. Required onsite presence in accordance with the workplace excellence policy. The role is located at 100

CAMPUSDR, Florham Park, NJ2100.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $25.00 – $44.00, based on experience, education, and skill set. The role is eligible for the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on overall individual performance. This role is benefits eligible and provides industry‑leading benefits, including paid time off and other resources to support employees’ physical, emotional, and financial well‑being.
