Supervisor in the CTS Department will lead the preparation and review of tax returns, extensions, and projections for various clients.

• Prepares and reviews tax returns, extensions, and projections for various clients (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, Individual).
• Knowledge of Federal and State tax law.
• Perform tax research to resolve issues.
• Maintain frequent contact with client and handle day-to-day client relationship issues.
• Effectively communicate engagement needs to the client and handle day-to-day client needs, proactively ensuring the Manager, Director or Partner is apprised of any issues.
• Trains, develops and mentors junior staff.
• Takes an active approach to building network (internal and external) and participates in Firm business development opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in taxation preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a mid-size public accounting firm.
• CPA preferred.
• Possess advanced knowledge of federal and state tax laws – corporate, individual, and partnership taxation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong client services skills.
• Be highly motivated and able to work individually and in team settings.
• Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of CCH Axcess, Sureprep, XCM and Caseware is a plus.
