Home Health Aide

Brookdale Senior Living -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a professional nurse, including activities of daily living.;
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and meals per care plan.;
Document care delivered in the resident's clinical record accurately and timely.;
Follow infection control and safety policies; maintain a clean, safe environment; perform basic housekeeping.;
Communicate changes in resident status to the nurse promptly and participate in educational programs.
