• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM solutions
• Translate TPM functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs
• Lead architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems
• Oversee development teams and ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standards
• Design integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems
• Optimize solutions for high-volume TPM data processing and batch workloads
• Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem including CRM Analytics and Data Cloud
• Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Confirm adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Work with stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities for enhancement
• Implement innovative strategies to elevate client engagement and service delivery

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of Salesforce experience with 2 years of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM implementation experience (solution + technical design)

• Salesforce certifications preferred
• Demonstrating hands-on Salesforce TPM implementation experience
• Leading enterprise architectural discussions with IT stakeholders
• Articulating scalability and integration trade-offs
• Managing complex Salesforce TPM engagements
• Possessing a functional understanding of TPM work streams
• Driving alignment between business and technical teams
• Handling large data volumes and batch jobs
• Exposure to AI-driven use cases within Salesforce

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
