As Accordant continues expanding its portfolio of proprietary software solutions and integrations through our growing Accordant Software division, we're seeking a Product Builder Analyst who is curious, analytical, and passionate about solving business challenges through technology. This individual will help design, build, and enhance software solutions that improve client outcomes, increase operational efficiency, and support Accordant's long-term growth.

The Product Builder Analyst will partner closely with Product Managers, development teams, business stakeholders, and end users to understand needs, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and bring product ideas to life. This role will contribute across the product lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, configuration, development, testing, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business processes, ERP technology, and software development. The successful candidate will combine analytical thinking, technical curiosity, and hands-on problem-solving skills to build solutions that create meaningful value for Accordant's clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and define solution approaches.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, solution designs, configurations, and technical recommendations that support scalable product development.
  • Design, build, configure, test, and enhance product capabilities, integrations, and workflow solutions based on business needs and product priorities.
  • Apply knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Sage Intacct, to support solution development, configuration, and product enhancements.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate solution design, prototyping, testing, and software development efforts.
  • Collaborate with development teams and technical leaders to evaluate feasibility, identify technical considerations, and support successful execution.
  • Participate in product discovery activities by researching opportunities, evaluating ideas, and providing technical insights to inform product decisions.
  • Support quality assurance activities, including solution testing, validation, troubleshooting, and refinement to ensure solutions meet user expectations.
  • Gather feedback from clients, internal stakeholders, and end users to identify opportunities for enhancements and continuous improvement.
  • Support product launches, documentation, training materials, and internal enablement efforts to drive adoption and scalability.
  • Maintain organized product documentation, workflows, requirements, and technical resources to support alignment across teams.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Accordant's clients, business processes, ERP ecosystem, and strategic priorities to inform product evolution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, ERP consulting, business systems analysis, technical consulting, product operations, or a related technology role preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Sage Intacct, including configuration, customization, development, or solution design experience preferred.
  • Experience using AI coding tools and emerging development technologies to support software development, prototyping, automation, or solution design preferred.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex challenges and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with software development teams, technical stakeholders, and business users.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, workflow automation tools, software development processes, or SaaS environments is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn within a growing and evolving software organization.
