Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Production.

This role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementations, optimizing business processes, and supporting ongoing system enhancements across supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support D365 F&O implementations across Supply Chain modules
  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications
  • Configure and customize D365 F&O within:
    • Procurement & Sourcing
    • Inventory Management
    • Warehouse Management (WMS)
    • Production Control
  • Design and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain processes (P2P, inventory flows, manufacturing cycles)
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and custom developments
  • Conduct system testing (UAT), training, and user adoption initiatives
  • Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for supply chain within D365
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012)
  • Strong functional expertise in:
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Procurement & Sourcing
    • Inventory & Warehouse Management
    • Production / Manufacturing processes
  • Understanding of:
    • Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
    • Inventory costing & tracking
    • Warehouse operations (picking, packing, wave processing)
    • Bills of Materials (BOM), MRP, and production scheduling
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementations (design → go‑live → support)
  • Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
