Join our team as a Building Supervisor and take charge of operations at our dynamic Florham Park campus – a space that includes offices, labs, a model shop, and a café. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and innovative work environment that supports our teams every day.
InThis Role
- Automation:
Proficient operating building management systems (BMS) - Facility Maintenance:
Ensure the office, lab, model shop, and café are properly maintained and operational. Address maintenance requests promptly. - Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for HVAC and building systems. - Vendor Coordination:
Manage service contracts and coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance services. - Safety & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. - Emergency Response:
Act as the point of contact for facility-related emergencies, ensuring swift resolution. - Project Management:
Oversee small renovation and improvement projects as needed. - Inspections:
Conduct routine inspections and address any hazards. - Efficiency:
Recommend ways to automate various maintenance functions. Identify opportunities to reduce operating cost. Support sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements.
- 5+ years in facility maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and general building maintenance.
- Experience managing building and coordinating maintenance activities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Certifications – OSHA, EPA, or relevant trade certifications.

Salary RangeThe salary range for this role is $75,000–$125,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
