* Position Overview:

** The Clinical Operations Supervisor will oversee evening shift (4pm-12am) operations and supervise approximately 12–15 nursing staff members, including nurses and CNAs. The primary responsibility is ensuring staff are performing their duties appropriately, policies and procedures are followed, and operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This role focuses on leadership, accountability, workflow oversight, and staff supervision — not hands-on clinical care.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Supervise and oversee 12–15 nurses and CNAs during evening shift
* Ensure staff are meeting performance expectations and following established policies and procedures
* Address workflow issues and maintain operational efficiency
* Provide guidance, direction, and real-time problem-solving
* Reinforce accountability and professionalism
* Communicate concerns and updates to senior leadership
* Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the shift## Qualifications
* Clinical background required (RN preferred; LPN or equivalent clinical experience considered)
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
* Confident decision-maker with strong interpersonal skills
* Comfortable enforcing standards and expectations
* Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
* Strong communication and documentation skills
