Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development and performance improvement. Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Progressive accounting experience, including experience leading or supervising teams. Sage Intacct, Net Suite, Quick Books, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Knowledge of GAAP and other relevant financial regulations. Proficiency in financial software and tools for reporting and analysis. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
