Marketing and New Business Development Manager, I&I

We are looking for a Marketing and New Business Development Manager, I&I to join our Care Chemicals team in Florham Park, NJ. Come create chemistry with us! The Marketing Manager for I&I (Industrial & Institutional cleaning) and HSC (Hard Surface Cleaning) will be responsible for developing and executing segment marketing strategies, driving account-based marketing initiatives, leading innovation projects, and generating new opportunities for growth. • Developing and executing segment marketing strategies for the Industrial & Institutional (I&I) and Home Care Hard Surface Cleaning (HSC) markets, leveraging market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities to drive market penetration and business growth.
• Leading and implementing account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for key customers, building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored value propositions and marketing campaigns.
• Driving innovation and reformulation projects from ideation through launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new solutions, enhance existing offerings, and ensure ongoing market competitiveness and relevance.
• Generating and translating market, consumer, and competitive insights into actionable strategies that support growth, innovation, and market leadership through data-driven analytics and research.
• Developing value-based pricing strategies and compelling value propositions, identifying opportunities for differentiation and maximizing customer value.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by partnering with sales, technical service, R&D, and other stakeholders to capitalize on emerging market trends and customer needs.
• Fostering cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, R&D, technical service, and product management to align initiatives and achieve strategic growth objectives.

If you… Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a technical field required; MBA or PhD preferred. Bring experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the industrial, institutional, or home care cleaning industry. Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies. Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and seizing new opportunities.
