Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

36 Hours/Week (3x12s)

• Active RN License (Required)
• Minimum 1 Year Acute Care Mother/Baby Experience (Hospital Setting – Required)
• Must be comfortable caring for Mother & Baby as a Couplet
• Strong Communication & Computer Skills
• BSN (Preferred)

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide couplet care for postpartum mothers and newborns
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through Shared Governance
• Deliver evidence-based care in a healing, family-centered environment
• Demonstrate PRIDE Core Values:
