A leading sports & entertainment organization in the New York market is seeking a high-performing Senior Manager, Premium Partnerships to drive premium suite and hospitality revenue. This is a senior individual-contributor role designed for a proven seller who thrives on closing high-value deals and wants significant earning potential.

• Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing premium suite partnerships
• Generate new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and creative prospecting
• Develop tailored proposals for full-season, partial-season, and single-event hospitality products
• Deliver presentations, tours, and client meetings that convert opportunities into revenue
• Manage and grow your book of business, including renewals and upsells
• Attend events and client functions to deepen relationships and drive pipeline

• 5+ years of success selling premium, hospitality, sponsorship, or high-value B2B products
• Consistent track record exceeding revenue targets
• Strong closer mentality with a “hunter” mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach to pipeline development
