USI Insurance Services is looking for a Personal Solutions Specialist based in Florham Park, NJ. As an outside sales role, you will drive new business sales by building relationships and consultatively selling tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, conducting outbound prospecting, and delivering professional presentations. A successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a sales environment and possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
