ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate.
Job OverviewAs a Digital Sales Associate, you will sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will serve as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's leading solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses.
In addition, you will receive high‑quality sales training and learn how to use the latest technology to set yourself up for success. Your leader will provide daily goals around the number of dials, talk time, and appointments set, giving you a strong start. As you settle into the role, you will enjoy autonomy, flexibility within your daily schedule, a set schedule Monday‑Friday, no weekends, and virtual appointments that do not require travel.
Responsibilities- Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
- Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans. Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
- Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Sell cloud‑based human resources solutions and strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
- Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
- Acumen Using New Tools. You are a quick learner of new tools and technology and believe in leveraging insights and real‑time data to assist clients and prospects throughout their buying journey.
- Positive Self‑Starter. You have an upbeat, persistent style and can make proactive, strategic outreach without fear of rejection. You manage your time well and present ideas in a clear, professional manner while using go‑to‑market technology throughout the sales process.
- Continuous Learner. You are always learning, growing, and questioning past practices to improve outcomes.
- Education. A college degree is a plus but not required. Other acceptable experience includes:
- Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
- Military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a never‑lose mentality.
- Prior quota‑carrying experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.
- Experience with video platforms.
