Role OverviewIncedo is hiring Enterprise AI Sales Manager (New Logo Acquisition) to drive new logo acquisition across our industry verticals and service lines, including Digital & AI, Operations Transformation, and Cloud.
This is a high‑impact, sales role focused on net‑new business development. You will partner closely with senior sales leaders to build pipeline, pursue strategic accounts, and close enterprise deals. The role offers end‑to‑end exposure to the enterprise sales cycle and a strong platform to build a long‑term career in services sales.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new logo acquisition across target industries and service lines.
- Own account research, prospect mapping, and pre‑qualification – develop sharp points of view on target accounts, buying centers, and trigger events.
- Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through executive outreach, networking, and event‑led engagement.
- Partner with senior hunters across the full sales cycle – RFP responses, proposal development, pricing, commercial structuring, and deal closure.
- Develop client‑ready collateral, pitch decks, and value narratives in collaboration with solutioning, domain, and delivery teams.
- Track and report pipeline metrics, win/loss insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Build and nurture relationships with mid‑to‑senior client stakeholders and progressively lead independent pursuits.
- Represent Incedo at industry events, analyst briefings, and partner forums.
- Contribute to GTM playbooks, sales tooling, and best‑practice sharing across the sales organization.
- MBA from a top‑tier institution required.
- 3+ years of post‑MBA experience in sales, business development, consulting, or pre‑sales – preferably with exposure to IT services, digital transformation, or AI / data services.
