Security Officer - Plant Gatehouse PT

Allied Universal - Up to $16.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures and access control policies at an industrial manufacturing location.;
Control entry and exit points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor and delivery logs, and directing traffic to appropriate checkpoints or staging areas.;
Monitor alarms, CCTV, and access control systems; respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site leadership and/or emergency responders as required.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking lots, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Support shipping and receiving operations by checking inbound and outbound trucks, validating paperwork as required by post orders, and reporting irregularities through established reporting channels.
