Overview
Security Officer Entry Screening Associate in Florham Park, NJ. Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support security operations in a manufacturing and industrial location. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling.
What You'll Do- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, maintain visitor logs, and report unusual activity or access concerns to site leadership.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with restricted area access issues, alarms, and/or site protocol questions.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and key access points to help identify security-related concerns and policy violations.
- Support gatehouse and/or lobby operations by screening visitors, coordinating deliveries and contractor arrivals, and documenting security-related events in accordance with post procedures.
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be able to accommodate last minute shift scheduling.
- Must be able to travel required distances for Branch Flex assignments.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
