Our turf maintenance team plays a central role in delivering top‑tier playing conditions, and we are seeking a skilled, reliable technician to help maintain and elevate our equipment operations.

The Equipment Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall readiness of all golf course maintenance equipment. This role is essential to the daily success of the turf department and offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of modern turf equipment in a collaborative, supportive environment.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all turf equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, and small‑engine tools
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Maintain sharpness and proper adjustment of cutting units (reel and rotary)
• Oversee equipment cleaning, lubrication, and preventative maintenance schedules
• Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment and uphold shop safety standards
• Assist with equipment setup for daily course preparation
• Collaborate with the Superintendent and Assistants to prioritize equipment needs
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient
