Our client, a leading facilities management organization, is seeking a Facilities Technician 4 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 4, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including rooftop units and small critical AC units
• Assist with general facility maintenance tasks such as changing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, moving furniture, and hanging pictures
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and effectively
• Manage work orders using CMMS systems, document activities, and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including proper PPE usage and safe work practices

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• Valid CFC license and a valid driver's license
• Strong mechanical background with experience working on air-cooled rooftop units and other HVAC equipment
• Proficiency in working with CMMS, email communication, and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work at heights, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
