The RoleWe're looking for a strong Full Stack Software Engineer who loves building products from end to end. You'll work directly with product, AI, clinical, and engineering teams to design, build, and ship features that improve patient care every day.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll own meaningful parts of the platform, move quickly, and help shape how AI is used in real clinical workflows. If you enjoy building fast, shipping often, and solving difficult technical problems, you'll fit right in.
What We're Looking For- Proven experience building and shipping production‑grade full‑stack applications.
- Strong proficiency with Type Script, Node.js, and Nuxt/Vue (preferred) , React/Next.js (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and operating applications on AWS.
- Experience using AI‑assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar tools as part of the daily development workflow.
- Mission‑driven builder with a passion for creating exceptional products that improve patient outcomes.
- High‑ownership, collaborative engineer who communicates effectively, partners across Product, AI, and Clinical teams, and thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Pragmatic systems thinker who balances speed, quality, scalability, and responsible AI adoption to deliver production‑grade software.
- Experience building AI/LLM‑powered applications using models from OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers.
- Experience with Flutter.
- Experience in healthcare technology, FHIR, or other regulated environments.
- Hybrid (approx 2 days/week in office) - Florham Park, NJ
- Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 per year
- The displayed salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, relevant education or training. We typically make offers near the midpoint of the posted salary range.
