Courier Dispatcher Mobile Health

Responsibilities

• Provides schedule and dispatches couriers to respond to STAT and scheduled courier requests in swift, timely and proper manner. Operates equipment while maintaining contact with transport personnel.
• Ensures and prioritizes requests to ensure a smooth transition and workflow.
• Performs ongoing demand analysis of vehicles to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction with courier services.
• Ensures needs of the customer and the company in critical decisions regarding pickup.
• Maintains timely and accurate tracking of all vehicles engaged in pickups and makes appropriate assignments using this information about vehicle location and availability.
• Prepares, completes and distributes reports stating progress, issues, problems and statistics for review.
• Performs status checks on employees to verify engagement, availability, safety and progress in transport.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Unrestricted NJ Driver’s License (CDL optional)
• Can lift and pull at least 75 lbs.
• Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification within 4 months of hire date.
• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability and willingness to mentor new employees
• Available for off shift and weekend hours as needed.
• Driving in all weather conditions
• Able to be discreet when dealing with sensitive/confidential information.
