• Business Development for West Coast United States
• Select, manage, and develop a portfolio of commercial dealers within a geographic region
• Develop and report sales forecast, opportunities, and risks
• Work collaboratively with engineering, customer service, and service team to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Travel 50% of time to interface with clients.

• Develop the commercial business portfolio for all commercial Riello products.
• Drive growth through active outside sales activities and business development activities.
• Develop specific product categories to achieve sales targets
• Identify, develop, and sustain collaborative business partnerships with a network of commercial businesses.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in Hydronics HVAC Sales
• 3+ years of account management experience

• Bachelor’s Degree

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.

Pay Range: The annual salary for this position is $98,750–$138,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
