• Lead the design, development, execution, and interpretation of clinical and population health analyses and reports
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clinical, administrative, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders
• Serve as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
• Mentor colleagues across the enterprise in technical, subject matter, and business expertise
• Manage projects to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic priorities

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years leading the design and dissemination of clinical and population health analyses
• At least 5 years of experience with coding languages and analytical software using claims and clinical data
• 3 years of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• 3 years of providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders

• Master's Degree in a related field such as Medicine, Public Health, or Economics
• Experience analyzing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data
• Familiarity with developing analytic applications or dashboards (e.g., RShiny, Tableau)
• Experience in refining and prioritizing analytic questions with stakeholders
• Demonstrated record of data-driven discovery and intellectual curiosity
