• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable systems for enterprise AI initiatives
• Provide strategic consultation to business stakeholders in defining business processes and identifying enabling technologies
• Specify and design complex systems and oversee the selection of appropriate design standards and tools
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage expectations of customers and management
• Lead the resolution of architecture and business problems for highly complex project initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an IT discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business discipline
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience in software development or solution architecture
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in a healthcare environment, such as HIPAA

• Master's Degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or enterprise systems design
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in the development or integration of AI‑enabled solutions
• Industry certifications such as Java Developer, DB2, or Project Management
