Job Overview
Full-time inspector needed for immediate hire in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County areas. Must be state licensed and experienced. Must have insurance, a vehicle, and required tools. Proficiency in English is required;
Spanish is a plus.
Perform residential and commercial inspections to ensure compliance, assess hazards, and detect structural defects throughout interiors and exteriors of properties, including infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, and air quality.
Qualifications- State licensed inspector with relevant experience.
- Insurance, vehicle, and inspection tools.
- Strong communication skills in English;
Spanish language skills are a plus.
