Senior Accountant with significant experience. Enforces accounting policies, procedures, controls, and compliance with regulations and reporting requirements. Analyzes financial reports and recommends, develops, or maintains solutions to difficult or unique business and financial problems.

• Corporate Accounting Oversight:
  Lead centralized HQ accounting operations, including complex journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses across global entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity in consolidated financial reporting.
• Complex Accounting Management:
  Oversee complex accounting areas, ensuring proper treatment and consistency across global operations while coordinating with regional teams to align on accounting conclusions.
• Internal Controls & Policy Governance:
  Strengthen and standardize global internal control frameworks, accounting policies, and procedures, ensuring consistent application across international operations.
• Close Process Management:
  Drive HQ-led monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, overseeing global inputs to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness in consolidated results.
• Process Optimization & Digitization:
  Identify, design, and implement process improvements, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, streamline reporting, and enable scalability across global operations.
• Executive & Cross-Border
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with executive leadership and global finance teams to provide accounting insights, resolve complex accounting treatment issues, and ensure consistent practices that support strategic objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of accounting experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification required. Public/Corporate accounting mix preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing accounting standards and managing technical accounting issues.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software (ERP/HFM), accounting standards and financial system tools, with strong Excel skills.

The base salary range for this role is $144,500 - $170,000. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
