Accounts Payable​/Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Accurately enter approved invoices, ensuring correct allocation to units and accounts
• Communicate with vendors to resolve questions or discrepancies regarding invoices or statements
• Respond promptly and professionally to all vendor inquiries
• Maintain organized accounts payable reports and files
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and copying

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two to three years of previous accounts payable experience preferred
• Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy
• Solid mathematics skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour
