Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our small but mighty Accounting team. This is an on‑site, hands‑on role where you’ll take ownership of full‑cycle accounting across multiple entities while helping to continuously improve processes and leverage automation. • Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities, including oversight of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform daily accounting activities such as journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Maintain vendor relationships and respond to AP inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Execute month‑end and year‑end close processes, including preparation of financial statements
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and increase efficiency, including leveraging automation within Sage Intacct
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support departmental needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel (required)
• Experience with Sage Intacct (preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  
  Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
