Accounts Payable Representative - Shared Services

Job Summary/Description

The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for processing accounts payable invoices and payments for a group of TV stations.

• Scanning invoices into our automated accounts payable system
• Keying vendor invoice detail into the system
• Reviewing and reconciling vendor and invoice detail
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Processing and disbursement of payments
• Working with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies
• Responsible for individual assigned stations of your own
• Backing up other AP team members' stations

Must have previous accounts payable experience, strong computer skills, proficiency in Excel, a working knowledge of accounting functions, excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

$19.00 per hour.

Mon. – Fri. (or at Manager's discretion).

Full‑time.
