Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk
Job Description
Keller Williams Coastal Living is hiring an Accounting - Bookkeeper and Operations Manager to support the financial operations of two Keller Williams real estate offices while working from our Englewood, Florida location. Internally this role is known at the 'MCA' - Market Center Administrator.
This is a growth-oriented role for someone with bookkeeping, accounting, office finance, or similar experience who wants to learn real estate brokerage operations. You do not need Keller Williams experience. We will train the right person. However, you do need to be comfortable with numbers, deadlines, financial records, spreadsheets, and recurring accounting processes.
This position supports the bookkeeping, billing, commission processing, reporting, and month-end close for two offices. Your work helps ensure agents are paid accurately, office financials are clean, and leadership has the information needed to run the business well.
This role is best for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, coachable, organized, and comfortable asking questions while learning. If you enjoy keeping financial information accurate, solving small problems before they become bigger problems, and supporting a fast-moving office environment, this may be a strong fit.
