Tax Senior

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Senior to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, supporting client engagements, and mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Conduct tax research and stay up to date on changes in tax laws and regulations
• Assist with tax planning and compliance to optimize client outcomes
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery of services
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and provide insights
• Review work prepared by junior staff and provide guidance and mentorship
• Identify process improvements and contribute to team efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA license or progress toward certification preferred
• 3+ years of public accounting or relevant tax experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
