Full Time, 20-29 hours per week | Doral, FL, US
Accounting AssistantKASIM International Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team. The selected candidate will support daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Responsibilities- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and daily accounting transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical accounting files.
- Support compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Up to 2 years of accounting experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Experience with bank reconciliations.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
