- Coordinate documentation for imports, exports, and FTZ operations
- Partner with warehouse and operations teams to verify inventory and shipments
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments
- Prepare reports and support audits
- Help improve accounting processes and accuracy
- 1+ years of Accounting, Bookkeeping, AP/AR, or Finance experience
- Experience using SAGE or similar accounting software
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
