Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Clerk paying up to $24/hr for a national company in the Miami Shores area. The AP Clerk will be responsible for processing high volume invoices for payment, reconciling statements/accounts, maintaining files/records and assisting the department with special projects.

This position is TEMP-TO-HIRE and is available IMMEDIATELY!

The hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm with the flexibility to work overtime.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable function including, but not limited to: vendor relations, reconciliation, optimization of processes, and month-end closing and reporting.
• File & maintain records
• Scanning as needed
• Research invoices, obtain approvals and backups
• Contact vendors for W-9’s, revised invoices, etc.
• Review and reconcile statements received
• Assist Department & others as needed
• Assist with special projects

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable
• Bilingual English and Spanish is REQUIRED!
• Strong proficiency in Quick Books is REQUIRED!
• Effective team player and likes to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Able to adapt to changing business priorities and timelines
• Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
