Responsibilities- Provide front desk support including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing calendars, and assisting with meeting setups.
- Complete clerical tasks such as word processing, copying, faxing, and filing.
- Coordinate building and equipment maintenance, assist with event setup and teardown, and manage office operations including supplies, printers, cleanliness, and daily open/close duties.
- Support travel arrangements, handle lunch orders and RSVPs, process mail, and assist executives at the SLT level and below.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of customer service or clerical experience.
- 1 year of experience managing travel arrangements, office support tasks, mail distribution, and general office organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
- Ability to work onsite at the Sarasota activity center.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred.
- Prior receptionist or call center experience a plus.
- Pay: $22.74/hour
- Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Part-Time schedule)

Pay Details$22.74 per hour
