Overview
We are searching for a Project Scheduler on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment (W-2). The person would be a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduler to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent project schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Office Software, Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project, as well Power BI. Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent project schedules.
- Articulate schedule-related updates and priorities to internal stakeholders and external partners, including executives, vendors, and purchasers.
- 3-4 years of experience managing or assisting in projects.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate schedule-related updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project, and Power BI.
- Pay rate: $56.00/hr
- Contract length: 1 year (W-2)
