Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Tallahassee, FL for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including coordinating schedules, maintaining records, organizing documentation, and serving as a point of contact for clients and vendors. Additional duties include monitoring office supplies, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a professional and efficient office environment.
Qualifications- Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, scheduling, and document organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor interaction
- Ability to manage basic budgeting and financial processes
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the construction industry or past experience in a similar field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration is a plus
