Location: Sarasota
The Environmental Academic Resource Coordinator (EARC) provides administrative and coordination support to the Director of Environmental Studies. The role is designed to support programmatic, student-facing, and communications functions for the Environmental Studies program.
This role functions in a support and coordination capacity and does not exercise oversight or managerial authority over campus grounds, landscaping, or Physical Plant operations.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Director of Environmental Studies, including ESP communications, records management, and event logistics
- Coordinate and support student workers engaged in food forest and student garden activities in alignment with the Director’s priorities and programmatic objectives
- Assist the Director with information sharing, including upcoming program activities and coordination across relevant campus units (Environmental Studies, Natural Sciences, Physical Plant, CEO, Communications)
- Other duties as assigned
