This role is a highly visible, relationship-centered position that serves as the welcoming “face” of the Florida Manufactured Housing Association (FMHA) while driving membership growth, supporting the FMHA’s communications efforts and event promotion, and keeping daily office and bookkeeping operations running smoothly in a collaborative, professional environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES MEMBERSHIP- Serving as “the Face” of the FMHA, answering incoming phone calls. You will be the first contact for members, prospective members, and consumers
- Maintain directory content across FMHA consumer websites, including updates for adding new members, membership changes, and removing non-members
- Maintain membership database (MC Trade), updating member records, resolving email bounces through member outreach and research, and performing regular data cleanup
- Bookkeeping duties include processing checks and payments, invoicing members, and preparing invoices for annual membership dues.
- Assisting in meeting planning including Board meetings, ACM Courses and the Annual Convention. Preparing related meeting materials. Aiding members with event registrations.
- Responsible for maintaining office equipment, keeping inventory of office supplies, and ordering supplies when needed.
- Maintain office filing system.
- Assist staff members with various projects, as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred / minimum of three years of relevant experience

Conditions:
This position is in-person at the FMHA office.
Other:
- Knowledge of Member Clicks Trade is a plus, although not a requirement. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are essential to success in this position.
Travel:
Maximum of five nights per year.
$45,000 - $50,000 annually plus benefits package (including health insurance through Capital Health Plan)
