Responsibilities:- Ability to communicate professional telephone etiquette at all times.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and a busy office environment independently.
- Present professional manner in community, in person, on telephone and written communication, especially under extreme stress and when others are upset.
- Work effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing exacerbation of psychiatric, substance use, medical symptoms, or stress.
- Assume a professional, helpful style in all encounters with visitors, vendors, and other professionals and represent the company positively 100% of the time.
- Review and respond to electronic and handwritten mail, memoranda and other correspondence and respond to phone inquiries within 24 hours or next available business day.
- Understand and comply with all Chrysalis Health policies and procedures.
- Work cooperatively in the work environment and take direction from management with dignity, respect and a productive, professional manner.
- Consistently demonstrate understanding of, support, and focus on Chrysalis Health’s vision, mission, goals, and objectives in day‑to‑day activities.
- Accept special projects as assigned.
- Utilize HRIS system for payroll and evaluations.
- Carries out special assignments during hurricane, natural disaster, or pandemic.
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of one-year workplace experience. Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Administrative Assistant or administrative assistant experience; preferably in a health care setting.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Successfully complete all criminal background checks annually.
- Maintain training requirements annually.
- Demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a medical office environment preferred.
- Computer literate and proficient with Internet, online applications, and email.
