Position: COMMISSION DEPUTY CLERK I - 61000439

Job Summary

The Commission Deputy Clerk I position is within the Office of the Commission Clerk. The incumbent will process orders, manage communications, handle case management system tasks, and perform research and microfilm digitization.

Responsibilities
  • Process Commission orders, notices, memoranda, and other filings for issuance.
  • Answer main telephone line, assist and route calls.
  • Review Records Clerk email, conduct research and respond to request, or route as appropriate.
  • Receive, convert, print, scan, and enter descriptions for correspondence in Case Management System.
  • Conduct microfilm research and digitize microfilm.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Four years secretarial or clerical work experience.
  • College education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours per year for the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of legal experience.
