Steadfast Contractors Alliance is seeking a highly organized and driven Landscape Scheduler / Project Administrator to support our growing commercial landscape installation operations. This is a fast-paced, high-demand role that plays a critical part in coordinating field production, supporting project managers, and ensuring our jobs run efficiently and on schedule.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage daily and weekly schedules for commercial landscape installation crews
- Dispatch crews to job sites, ensuring proper labor allocation and job coverage
- Collaborate closely with multiple Project Managers to align scheduling with project timelines and priorities
- Communicate scheduling updates, changes, and priorities to field teams and internal staff
- Follow up with customers, project managers, and field personnel to ensure job progress and satisfaction
- Assist with administrative support for ongoing projects, including documentation and tracking
- Monitor scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues to maintain production flow
- Maintain accurate records within company systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Experience with Buildertrend
- Experience with Quick Books
- Background in landscape, construction, or land development industries
