Are you an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a construction, permitting, or project-based environment? We're seeking a Part‑Time Office Coordinator to serve as a key support partner to the owner and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, managing office operations, coordinating schedules, assisting customers, and helping projects stay on track. Experience in construction administration, permitting, scheduling, or office management is welcome.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the owner's trusted administrative support and point person
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate with customers regarding project updates, scheduling, and general inquiries
- Assist with permitting processes and maintain related documentation
- Coordinate and track project schedules, appointments, and timelines
- Organize office records, files, and project paperwork
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Support day‑to‑day office operations and help keep projects moving efficiently
- Act as the 'eyes and ears' of the office, helping ownership stay informed and organized
- Previous experience in an office, administrative, construction, or contractor environment
- Strong permitting experience preferred
- Experience coordinating schedules, construction projects, service calls, or job timelines is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable using computers, email, and standard office software
- Dependable, professional, and self‑motivated
