Seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to help with general office tasks. The ideal candidate must have a professional appearance, great customer service skills, and a positive attitude.
You will be assisting two very busy agents with general administrative duties, including (but not limited to) processing files, scanning documents, entering and maintaining listings on MLS, communicating with clients via phone and/or email to schedule appointments, posting new listings to Real Estate sites.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* MUST be bilingual (English & Spanish) and be able to write both well (Portuguese a plus)
* Ability to multitask and manage time well
* Excellent punctuality & attendance
* Well organized and detail oriented
* Proficient with Microsoft Programs / Internet / e-mail
* Must maintain confidentiality & privacy of client information
* Have reliable transportation
HOURS:
Mon-Fri, business hours
COMPENSATION: $9.50 per hour
