Location: Tallahassee
American Campus Communities is hiring a Seasonal Operations Assistant in Tallahassee, FL to support the management and maintenance teams during the seasonal apartment turnover period.
This role involves liaising with vendors, assisting with audits, and ensuring property grounds are clean and prepared for occupancy. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of general maintenance and the ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
This seasonal position is expected to last from 7/15/26 to 9/10/26 and will be vital for ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
