Location: Fern Park

Pride Health is hiring a Receptionist to support our client’s medical facility, located in Fern Park, FL 32730. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (possibility of extension or conversion) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization.

  • Shift: 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)
Specific Duties
  • Greet and welcome members, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Serve as the primary front desk representative for the Activity Center.
  • Register new members and maintain accurate membership records.
  • Track and document daily member attendance.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for members as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Assist with meal preparation, packaging, and distribution activities.
  • Conduct wellness and follow-up calls to members to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Manage office operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure printers, office equipment, and work spaces are organized and functioning properly.
  • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting RSVPs, and lunch orders when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and member engagement activities.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or clerical experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating travel arrangements, lunch orders, RSVPs, and mail distribution.
  • Minimum 1 year of office management experience, including:
    • Opening and closing office operations
    • Managing office supplies
    • Monitoring office equipment and printers
    • Maintaining organization and cleanliness
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
