Medical Receptionist, Healthcare Administration
Become a part of our caring community. The Receptionist manages front desk operations and provides administrative support within a physician practice or center. You will ensure a welcoming experience for all patients and visitors and support the medical team with routine administrative tasks under close guidance and established guidelines. You will report to the Center Administrator.
Job Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone
- Manage patient appointments and coordinate with medical staff
- Update patient records in EMR and CRM systems
- Process billing, update accounts, and collect copayments
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support office tasks such as ordering supplies and arranging couriers
- Make decisions within established guidelines
- 1+ year healthcare front office experience
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Effective multitasking in fast‑paced settings
- Detail‑oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 1+ years value‑based care experience
- Medical terminology knowledge
- EMR systems experience
- Bilingual:
English & Spanish
Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00
LocationOnsite at Middleburg, FL
Additional InformationThis role is considered patient‑facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Pay Range$38,000 - $45,800 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
