IVA'AL Solutions, LLC seeks an Air Force Family Advocacy Program Assistant to support family wellness and prevention services on an installation. In this on-site role, you will manage client intake and scheduling, maintain confidential case files, support data entry and reporting, and coordinate briefings, classes, and outreach activities. You will interact with Airmen and families, provide front-desk and administrative support to clinical and outreach staff, and ensure timely, accurate documentation in accordance with Air Force and DoD standards while upholding strict confidentiality and professionalism.
