Scanning & Accounts Payable Clerk

Crystal Tractor LLC is looking to hire a full-time, motivated Scanning/Accounts Payable Clerk to add to our dynamic team! With multiple stores in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, we are one of the leading dealership groups selling construction, agricultural, and turf equipment.

• Scanning Retail Deals
• Scanning Cancellations
• Scanning Payables
• Weekly UPS
• Daily Errands
• Sorting Mail
• Posting Invoices
• Filing Invoices
• Mailing Payments
• Reconciling Statements
• Contacting Vendors
• Perform administrative duties in the office such as data entry, filing, copying, scanning, and other duties associated with position.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in computer applications and basic math
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• Able to work Monday - Friday, 8a - 5pm
