ResponsibilitiesProvides front desk administrative support for the Employee Assistance Program, to include: greeting clients, answering phones, assisting and referring visitors and callers accordingly, and scheduling clients.
Assists staff with projects. General office tasks. Assists with the Emergency Loan Fund (ELF) application and administration.
Resource identification and availability: keeps updated and accurate listings of community resources and availability to support and enhance referral connections for EAP clients.
Qualifications- High school diploma/equivalent.
- Client/customer service experience.
- Professional demeanor and excellent people skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately, exercising discretion and good judgment.
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook or comparable software.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Experience working in an office environment.

ConsiderationsThis is an OPS/temporary job.
Based on the duties, this position requires completion of a criminal history background check.
Schedule:
20 hours per week. Schedule is flexible.
